    Kabosu juice is rich in sourness and has a unique fragrance. Some Kabosu trees can be up to 200 years old! The fruit is harvested when still green, but if left to ripen it turns yellow.

    The juice is used in Japan instead of vinegar in some dishes. It also loves pickles, fish, sashimi, desserts, ponzu for hotpots, meat and more. Try it also in whiskey cocktails or with soda and Shochu! Please note" it is very strong so only use a little.
